Motorcycle Driving Course - Training Details
Regular
Regular classes are available only during the daytime, from Monday to Saturday.
Regular driving course details:
- Maximum of 6 hours per week
- A minimum of 3 alternative days per week
- Minimum of 1 hour and maximum of 2 hours per day
Options:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday (2 hours per day)
- Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (2 hours per day)
- Monday to Saturday (1 hour daily)
Shifting
The Shifting schedule allows students to attend classes at their convenience and according to their availability.
Shifting driving course details:
- Maximum of 10 hours per week
- Minimum of 1 hour and maximum of 2 hours per day
- Any time from 8:25 AM to 10:00 PM
- Any day from Monday to Sunday
Motorcycle Riding – Practical Lessons
The Five Stages of Practical Training:
- Basic vehicle operation
- Driving on a two-way street
- Driving on a multilane street
- Special manoeuvers
- Highway, night, and independent driving - Yard and Assessment Test
Motorcycle Riding – Theory Lectures
Classroom and Online
Theory lectures are designed to mentally prepare the student for driving safely on UAE roads and are an important part of the driving license application and issuance process. The lectures are conducted in the Head Office Lecture Hall, but they are also available through our e-Learning portal.
The students registered in our motorcycle riding course in Dubai must attend these mandatory lectures:
- Attitude and Responsibilities of the Driver
- Knowledge of Traffic Rules and Regulations
- Characteristics of Road Users
- Driver's Condition
- The Environment
- Driving on Freeways, Traffic Violations, and Route Planning
- Developing Forecasting of Hazards and Emergencies when Driving
- Traffic Accidents Case Studies and How to Act in an Accident
Special Requirements
Existing file transfer from other institutes in Dubai/Emirates
- Original No Objection Letter from previous school/institute, or RTA file from the previous school/institute if registered before April 2017
- Learning permit (This is required only in the emirate of Dubai)
- Residents with a visa from another Emirate but working in DubaiTrade license copy of the Dubai branch
- Trade license copy of the other Emirate branch (name must be the same as the Dubai trade license)No Objection Letter from the Dubai office; must mention that the applicant is employed and working in the Dubai officeTenancy contract and DEWA bill
Marsoom / Bedouin - Customers with no Emirates IDThe letter issued for Marsoom should be presented
